尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們：

大家上午好！我們是來(lái)自高一（10）班的喻芷萱和胡銳 今天我們國(guó)旗下講話(huà)的主題是：厲行節(jié)約、反對(duì)浪費(fèi)。

Dear teachers and students,Good morning!We are Yu Zhi Xuan and Hu Rui from Class 10, Grade one. The theme of our speech today is: practice thrift and combat waste.

隨著科技的發(fā)展，物質(zhì)生活水平的提高，人們逐漸淡漠了“節(jié)約光榮，浪費(fèi)可恥”的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，大肆的奢侈浪費(fèi)逐漸形成了一種通病。

With the development of science and technology, people’s living standards have improved. While we have gradually lost sight of the tradition of "To save is glorious, to waste is shameful". And it has become a common disease to be extravagant with materials.

每天早、中、晚三餐后，食堂里幾只裝剩菜剩飯的大桶里堆積了許多米飯、剩菜；白天光線(xiàn)充足，總有幾間教室的燈還在那里亮著；這種種浪費(fèi)的現(xiàn)象都讓我們心驚和心痛 作為學(xué)校的一分子，我們應(yīng)承擔(dān)起節(jié)約資源、杜絕浪費(fèi)的責(zé)任。為此，我向全校師生發(fā)出倡議：

We can see large buckets piled up with leftovers in the canteen after three meals every day; We can also see some classrooms with light on during bright days, which make us in deep sorrow and shame. As a member of the school, we should bear the responsibility of saving resources and putting an end to waste.Therefore, I propose to all the teachers and students:

一、樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值觀。增強(qiáng)節(jié)約意識(shí)，杜絕浪費(fèi)行為。

二、節(jié)約用電。學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后請(qǐng)及時(shí)關(guān)掉電源，如教室一體機(jī)，風(fēng)扇，空調(diào)等

三、按需用餐。做到不剩飯剩菜，不浪費(fèi)糧食。

四、生活節(jié)儉。培養(yǎng)良好的生活習(xí)慣，提倡合理適度消費(fèi)。不盲目攀比。

Firstly, establish correct values. Enhance the consciousness of saving and put an end to waste.Secondly,save electricity. Please turn off the power in time when leaving classrooms, such as the computer, fan, air conditioner, etc.Thirdly, order as needed.Do not leave leftovers and do not waste food.Fourthly. Live economically.Cultivate good living habits and promote reasonable and moderate consumption.

五、積極廣泛宣傳節(jié)約。節(jié)約是美德，節(jié)約是品質(zhì)，節(jié)約是責(zé)任，讓我們積極行動(dòng)起來(lái)，從我做起，從身邊小事做起，同心協(xié)力，積少成多，做勤儉節(jié)約風(fēng)尚的傳播者、實(shí)踐者、示范者，讓“節(jié)約光榮，浪費(fèi)可恥”的理念在校園蔚然成風(fēng)，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)為國(guó)家、為社會(huì)、為校園盡一份力量！我的講話(huà)到此結(jié)束，謝謝大家！

Last but not least, publicize thrift actively and widely.Thrift is a virtue, a quality, and a responsibility. Let’s start with small things and work together to spread,practise and demonstrate thrift.Let us take practical action to make a better campus for all of us.That’s all thank you!
